This is for the community by the community. Too many of our family members, friends, relatives, and residents are affected by mental health issues. We are aiming to raise awareness of the issue and encourage healthy activities such as ocean swimming. As many of us know, the ocean heals. And as a community we can come together to make all of us stronger.

Our 2020 Swim raised brought a number of swimmers, paddlers, kayakers and volunteers together to raise money and awareness for Mental Health and to honor Scott Hemstreet, who lost his life in the summer of 2020 at the age of 14.

Funds raised benefitted the South Bay Youth Project

A huge thank you to all of the volunteers and community members who made this possible, inclding: Ocean Fever, Mickey's Deli, Papa Guido's Pizza, Grocery Outlet, AMK Design Shirts, The Swim Guy, Renegade Race Series, and Generic Events.

This is a volunteer run event. 100% of the proceeds go to benefit the South Bay Youth Project, part of the South Bay Children's Center
